Our comfortable apartments and studios are equipped with:

  • One to two bedrooms
    (partly extended with quality bed lying )
  • Generously furnished kitchen
    with sitting and dining area and high-quality sofa bed (in apartments)
  • Fully equipped kitchenette
    (Stove, oven or microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave retrofitted on request)
  • Shower/Toilett (partially separated)
  • Internet access (W-Lan)
  • Flat-TV with 66 cm in every apartment (cable-TV)
  • Balcony or terrace
  • Allergy Bedding in all units
  • Equipment for children available
  • Daily bread service in the house
  • Parking at the house


For the booking please transmit your wishes, you address and a mobile phone number. Afterwards you receive a confirmation from us with a request for a bank transfer (free of charges) of the advance payment of € 100, - per apartment / studio.

Our apartments are ready from about 3 pm on the day of arrival and and are available until 10 am on the day of departure.

We friendly ask you to pay your bill on the eve of your departure in cash.

Conditions of cancellation:

Cancellation up to 3 weeks before arrival, late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged. The deposit will be retained in all cases. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Bringing pets is not allowed in our house.

We are a Non smoking house and we ask our guests to smoke on the balcony or outside.
